From Downtown Evergreen:
Travel West from Downtown and bear right at intersection. Take Evergreen Pkwy (CO-74) Northwest (appx 3 miles). At the traffic light turn right onto Lewis Ridge Rd. Make immediate right onto frontage road and continue up hill (appx mile).
La Plaza Laser Dentistry is in the adobe building at the top of the hill on the left.

From Denver:
Take I-70 West to Exit 252 (Evergreen Pkwy, CO-74). Continue going straight, Exit Ramp becomes Evergreen Pkwy. Stay on Evergreen Pkwy (appx 5 miles). At the traffic light turn left onto Lewis Ridge Rd. Make immediate right onto frontage road and continue up hill (appx mile).
La Plaza Laser Dentistry is in the adobe building at the top of the hill on the left.

From Mountains:
Take I-70 East to Exit 251. Turn right onto US-40. Follow US-40 to traffic light (appx mile). Turn right onto Evergreen Pkwy (CO-74). Stay on Evergreen Pkwy (appx 5 miles). At the traffic light turn left onto Lewis Ridge Rd. Make immediate right onto frontage road and continue up hill (appx mile).
